I am a licensed independent social worker providing mental health therapy services in the Des Moines metro area. My clinical background includes experience in crisis settings as well as with short- and long-term counseling with a focus on grief, life transitions, and the ways that so many different types of loss and major change impact our lives. My work is grounded in the principles of narrative therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
